Shipping

Our orders are shipped through USPS to anywhere the US Post Office ships to, including P.O. Box, APO/FPO, etc. We are shipping fron New York.

Currently we offer Standard Free Shipping: 3-5 Business days.

For all shipments, tracking information will be emailed to you at the time of shipment. Please note that tracking information typically take 24 hours to appear and update on the shippers website once it has been shipped.

 

All orders are shipped after the payment has been processed successfully. Orders are shipped as follow:

  • Orders received during business days before 1.00pm EST are shipped the same day;
  • Orders received after 1.00 pm EST are shipped the next business day;
  • Orders received during Weekends or Holidays are shipped following business day.

NOTE: Friday afternoon orders will not ship until the following Monday. Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays, weekends, or natural disasters i.e. sever snow storms, flooding, etc

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

We are proud of our customer service! The returns with us are hassle free with no questions asked! We will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date.

All refused/undeliverable shipments are treated as returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned merchandise (for full refund) have to meet all requirements listed below:

  • UNWORN with all tags attached (without signs of wear)
  • In original packaging;
  • Hosiery, Lingerie must be returned UNOPENED in FACTORY SEALED PACKAGING as received.

NOT returnable products are:

  • Panties and underwear;
  • Teddies;
  • Opened Hosiery and Lingerie;
  • Items marked as clearance;
  • Closeout or final sale.

NOTE: Please be sure to include your order number in all correspondence.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees both ways. Shipping costs to/from the customer are non-refundable. We recommend using shipping service for returns that provides tracking information as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail. When we receive your items we will send confirmation email and gladly issue you a refund or otherwise noted. Returns are usually processed in 3- 5 business days.

Refunds are for the item only (based on the price at the time of purchase). Please note that we do not refund shipping charges. All refunds will be issued to the card that was used to pay for the item. It typically takes 3-5 business days to “see” refunded money on your bank statement (very between different banks).  

TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR EXCHANGE

If you’d like to exchange your product for something else, the best thing to do is to return your item for a full refund and place a new order at the same time. Placing the new order ensures that you’ll get it quickly, and that it won’t go out of stock.

Boutique4Divas reserves the right to refuse returns.

If an item is defective upon receipt, we will gladly exchange it for the same item at no charge or refund the order when notified within 5 business days of receipt.
